      We offer our customers a 60-day Money Back guarantee. The practice tests offered by SimulationExams.com are well designed to cover respective exam objectives. Very rarely we receive a feedback that any of our customer had failed an exam. The practice tests are designed in similar lines as that of actual exams and we are confident that our practice tests help you in getting certified. However, we would like to add a word of caution, that practice exams are not a substitute, but only complement other means of preparation like study guides and hands on labs.  Please note that our guarantee does not cover the actual exam fee.

*Terms and Conditions:

1. The individual purchaser failed the test twice within 60 days from the purchase of the practice test from SimulationExams.com website. Please note that any failures prior to purchase at SimulationExams.com does not count towards refund.

2. Only individual licenses are eligible for refund. Corporate, and bulk licenses are NOT covered under this guarantee.

3. The guarantee is applicable only to the original purchaser and not transferable.

4. The purchase must send photocopies (scanned) to refunds@simulationexams.com with a copy to support@simulationexams.com.

5. The refund is limited to the purchase price of practice test, and in no case be beyond the purchase price. No other expenses will be paid, including the fee paid for actual exams, correspondence fee, incidental expenses, postage fee, etc.

6. The purchaser must notify refunds@simulationexams.com within 60 days of purchase of any such failure.

7. Money back is effective from July 1st, 2002 and any purchases made prior to July 1st 2002 are not covered under this scheme.

8. Note that, money back guarantee will not apply for bundled products.

9. Please allow 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
