About A+ Certification: APlus Certification is offered by CompTIA®. Undoubtedly, A+ Certification is the most widely recognized certification in the field of computer hardware. A+ exam is targeted for computer service technicians with at least 6 months on-the-job experience. To get A+ certified, one need to pass both A+ Core Hardware Technologies exam, 220-231 (previously 220-221 adaptive) and A+ OS (Operating Systems) exam, 220-232 (previously 220-222 adaptive). According to CompTIA® changing to linear format does not effect the 2001 exam objectives.
